"I was very pleased with the web site you recently set up for us. Not only are the graphics sharp, I like the online content-editing capability. You also showed a great sense of urgency in dealing with the fast turnaround that we needed to get the site up and running.
Thanks again."

Select companies and organizations we have
served:
- GE Capital, Inc. This Fortune 100 company licensed our multi-million
dollar Auto Finance Web application. We had built the system for several clients
over a four year period beginning in 1996. Because of our expertise in building
complex Web applications, GE Capital retained us to customize the application
for their unique needs. This included building links to GE's legacy systems,
integrating a new graphic design, and enabling the system to process automobile
lease paperwork.
This Fortune 100 client saved tens-of-thousands of dollars using our small
experienced team, instead of a larger Web development firm.
- Cornell University: The College of Engineering hired us to build a Web application to process Graduate Student applications. The GAPS system enables faculty and graduate committees in each of departments within the College of Engineering to efficiently manage thousands of incoming applications each year. We have also been retained to build the faculty Data Web for the Engineering College. This project will bring various scattered sets of data together into one Web application for viewing by both the general public and the administration.
- Petscape Inc. (www.PetscapeProducts.com):
We have built four Web sites for this Baltimore, Maryland-based client, each
with a unique style and format designed to achieve the client's specific goals.
- The Association of Biomolecular Resource Facilities (www.ABRF.org).
This project provides university and industry scientists from around the world
an on-line collaborative work space. The site is database-driven and managed
by the client through a sophisticated Web-based operations interface. ABRF
is a nonprofit organization that promotes and facilitates communication and
cooperation among its member scientific facilities and research laboratories.
World Design Group created a world-class, sophisticated Web application
within the client's budget, another example of our experience providing value
to our clients.
- Southern Tier Central Regional Planning and Development Board (STC)
provides a variety of services to units of government, agencies, and the private
sector in Chemung, Schuyler and Steuben Counties of New York State. We host
their site and have been retained to make enhancements to its functionality.
The site is administered through a Web-interface and many parts are database
driven.
World Design Group successfully stepped in to take over the hosting
of this complex site that we did not initially build, and to provide additional
services and enhancements for the client.
- Angelheart Designs / Flax: Angelheart Designs is a well known clothing
design and manufacturing business. We designed their product database, administration
interface, and product catalog display. We also host their web site and help
maintain their Internet presence.
World Design Group provided this local, Ithaca-based client with the
Web expertise to help grow their multi-million dollar business.
- America Online, Inc.: One of our senior partners was the marketing
director for an America Online Content Partner. He planned and built one of
the first sections on America Online to successfully sell advertising. Working
with AOL senior marketing executives, he implemented ad models and placement
strategies.
World Design Group has the in-depth experience to intelligently advise
our clients on Web marketing and advertising strategies.
